Position: Sales Manager – Chinese American Market Focus

As a leader with Center for Wealth Preservation, a MassMutual general agency, you’ll play a critical role in recruiting and developing your own high-performance sales team focused on Chinese or Asian American markets. You’ll be generously rewarded based on the growth and success of your unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a team of Financial Services Representatives
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise Representatives
  • Recruit new Representatives to the team
  • Expand personal knowledge through ongoing professional development
  • Assist team with all aspects of planning

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to serve as a leader, coach, and mentor
  • Track record of successful sales management
  • Recruiting and selection experience
  • Organizational and time management skills

Must be fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese and other Chinese dialects is a plus).
